DeKALB Burning Cicada will be hosting a music festival from noon to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Burning Cicada Arts and Music Picnic Festival will be free to attend and will be held at the Dee Palmer Bandshell in Hopkins Park at 1403 Sycamore Road. The event will feature independent music from a variety.

Come out for another day to meet new friends in your community, enjoy another day of independent music at the Dee Palmer Bandshell located in the beautiful Hopkins Park.<br/><br/>This is a free outdoor Music Concert in the park. Bring a lunch for yourself, plenty of hydration, and a comfortable pillow.
