moment in the hearing about the release of this report, where the judge absolutely floored me by saying that, in fact, members of the grand jury could make all of this public if they wanted to. nothing was preventing members of the grand jury from talking publicly about the grand jury. that was just extraordinary to me because that s not the way grand jury rules work in other states, where they are sworn to secrecy especially at this point in the process. and so, here we are with something that the judge said was possible. what did you see in this interview? we are going to get to the evidence in a moment. but did this for person foreperson of the grand jury behave according to the georgia law governing grand jury members in this interview? well, in georgia, as you know, grand jurors cannot talk
