Murder investigation launched after man dies in Lower Earley A MURDER investigation has been launched after an incident outside a petrol station this week. At around 7.40pm on March 31, officers were called to the scene at a BP Petrol Station, Chalfont Way, Lower Earley, when the victim, a 51-year-old man, was taken to hospital for treatment but has since sadly passed away. The victim s next-of-kin have been informed and are currently being supported by specially trained officers. A 25 year old man from Wokingham and a 42 year old man from Reading have been arrested on suspicion of greivous bodily harm and murder.
