And what you can see is the man. His name is deion giles and he has been confronted by a security guard. Not a police officer. A security guard. And he says what are you going to do . Pepper spray me . Well yeah the guard did pepper spray him and then they chased him up into the stairwell, kick him, punch him. Another guard joins in. And they tase him. This is what mr. Giles said he endured. So the whole time, im still right here. Theyre still tasing and the whole time im sitting down and im handcuffed on one arm.
