DEGANWY Prom Day will not go ahead this year. The committee were hopeful they could stage the event this year. Instead, it will return in June 2022. Posting on Facebook, a spokesperson said: Sadly, the committee for Deganwy Prom Day has made the difficult decision to cancel this year s Prom Day. We were very hopeful that we could host the event, but with restrictions still in place we have decided this is the best and safest option for everyone. The event was also cancelled last year due to the pandemic. In 2019, the family event featured a dog show, refreshments, children s fun races, dancing displays, inflatables, archery, Harley the Clown and more.
