Ensure they would not accept a pay raise during the fiscal cliff. There was a pay freeze extended for this fiscal year to 2013. This would extend it through the budget window. As i mentioned earlier, there is a typo in it. Those technical corrections will be made. My point with this amendment amendment is we will be running deficits throughout the decade no matter what budget is accepted throughout the committee.
