And in scotland weve taken 23,000 people out of income tax altogether and over 2 Million People are benefiting from the personal allowance changes that have already helped people to the tune of over 700 pounds a year. People are very attached to their pets, and it is appalling when they get stolen particularly for the sorts of purposes he talked about. Obviously, the changes we have made on compulsory chipping should help, but my heart goes out to anyone who sees a muchloved pet taken from them. Last but not least, i call mr. Nigel dodds.
