Three new issues for Michael Flynn as a result of these records that have been released today by the top democrat on the House Oversight committee, Elijah Cummings. These three issues confirming foreign payments that he received from sources. As a military officer, he was required to get permission a former military officer he had to get permission from the departments of state and the departments of army to get those payments.
