Representatives from Ukraine and the North Atlantic Alliance met in Poland to discuss the preparations for the NATO Washington Summit, including the establishment of the first NATO-Ukraine Joint Analysis, Training, and Education Centre (JATEC) in Bydgoszcz, Poland.
