• Must have a minimum of two years post graduate clinical experience in MSK disorders. This shall be evidenced within the CV.

The Ministry of Defence (MoD) is looking to develop a new information capability to support primary healthcare in its sector.
Its Medical Information Services (Med IS) team has outlined Programme Cortisone with the aim of creating an ecosystem for user-centric healthcare information services.
The MoD has begun to look for delivery support in a two-year project, valued at £2.4 million, in the development of the ecosystem of digital services to support Defence Medical Services.
According to the market notice, it plans to break away from the existing siloed model, which it says is increasingly unaffordable and unsustainable, by using proven digital products and services to enable an ‘at scale’ flexible delivery model for primary healthcare.
London Mayor declares “major incident” as UK capital devastated by COVID-19
London is suffering an unprecedented medical catastrophe. Last Saturday, Mayor of London Sadiq Khan declared a “major incident” in the capital.
Khan said in a statement, “The situation in London is now critical with the spread of the virus out of control… our hospitals are at risk of being overwhelmed. The stark reality is that we will run out of beds for patients in the next couple of weeks unless the spread of the virus slows down drastically.”
In an interview with
Sky News, he described the situation as “like a theatre of war.”
