JAMMU, Feb 6: Safran Veteran CC outplayed Jhelum CC in the ongoing KC KPL Veteran Cup Tournament by five wickets, being played at KC Sports Club Ground, here today.
Jhelum CC won the toss and decided to bat first.
Batting first, Jhelum CC scored 152 runs with outstanding batting of Deepak Pandita who made excellent 94 runs in 53 balls while Rocky, Muskeen and Anil contributed 15, 14 and 14 runs respectively in stipulated 20 overs. From bowling side, Amit Wali and Vicky Raina bagged two wickets each by conceding 21 and 39 runs respectively in their four overs spell, whereas Vinod clinched one wicket.
