July saw the world heating up. Now political debates around energy and Climate Change also hotting up too. The government has said it will back hundreds of new licences for oil and Gas Production sites like this in the north sea. It has also confirmed it will support two new Carbon Capture and storage projects in northeast scotland and the humber. the intercontinental ballistic missiles are the a.b.a. system. we re not there yet. the technology isn t there. calculations so fast. it s like a bullet hitting a bullet. we feel confident in our ability to defend south korea and japan using the t.h.a.d. system. once you get beyond that, then the numbers don t look very good at all. if you look at the missile tests, the antiballistic missile tests it s about i think half of the tests are successful and they aren t. half is not good enough. talking launching nuclear weapons you need to be 100% sure you can do this. this is what s going towards this collapsing decision-making cycle that as we see that the north koreans developed a real capability, if they demonstrate that capability and we re very concerned about it, what do we do? i think general marks point is very key here. he is, kim jong-un, is he suicidal or homicidal? or rational? that s an assessment i don t think we really have a good

and it is the most gut wrenching feeling and the father is just grief stricken. and i understand his angst and his anguish and the white house should give the investigation that he has and there should be a full vetting of the decision making cycle and we re a learning country. we go into and make decisions and we execute operations and internally we need to learn, okay, maybe everything was executed perfectly. and it was just one of those things and a great navy s.e.a.l. gave the last full measure of devotion and there s a decision making flaw and i don t know there s that debate and i think the father deserves an answer.
