their mother. when the private investigators hired by the anthonys went to the same wooded areas where the remains were found in december of 08 and this was a month before, they didn t find any bones there. but lee anthony says it was not a psychic who sent them there, see and george sent them there. i never told anybody that i sent those guys there because i never sent those guys there. did your mother tell you anything about sending a dominic to the camera. she sent dominic into the woods off the suburban because she got a psychic tip that she wanted to follow up on. the defense, again, implying that george anthony, maybe both parents somehow knew where caylee anthony s remains would be found. this is the first time in the family that somebody considered the possibility that caylee was no longer alive. shepard: caylee s grandfather, casey s father. there have been all of these
performed all that well for the defense. jenna: coyotes, no coyotes. it gets back to this claim, doesn t it, by the defense that, there is someone else that should remain a suspect in this case. can you tell us more about that, phil? reporter: exactly. there were a couple of bombshells in the opening statement of jose baez, one was that caylee accidently drowned, of which there s no evidence prior to the opening statement of this trial, and also, that perhaps caylee s remains were discovered maybe in august of 2008, and then redeposit those woods prior to the december discovery. that was made by roy cronk, that meter read ner orange county, florida, and the allegation, the claim being made by ho jose baez, he was trying to get $250,000 reward money to discover her remains, saying they were hid somewhere, redeposited them in december of 08 to cash in on that reward.
one woman, so drunk, she was tossed out of line by police and sent on her way. not long after that, george and cindy anthony, the grandparents of kalee, who was found, her remains, in the woods, a quarter mile from the grandparents house in december of 08, they are in the courtroom, then they were followed by ho jose baez and the defense team in this case against casey anthony and the openings statements are being held for the prosecution team. if we have time we can take a quick listen: there s something wrong, it smells like there s been a dead body in the damn car. that was cindy anthony on that first 911 tape. case yes, for her part,
