A woman revealed how she dropped six dress sizes in a year by using time at home during lockdown to focus on meal prep and exercise.  Amber Lewis, 26, from Port Talbot, tipped the scales at 15st 3lbs in January last year, after piling on the pounds in her late teens. She admitted she turned to food for comfort when relationships didn t work out, and would raid her cupboards for sweet midnight treats.  Amber, who works for the Welsh Parliament, signed up to Slimming World, and when the UK went into lockdown in March last year she decided to use her extra time at home to overhaul her unhealthy lifestyle.
