World Bank President David Malpass on Tuesday called for urgent moves to finalize a debt restructuring plan for Zambia, and said the size of its debt was so small it could not pose a financial burden to China, now the world's largest sovereign creditor.
The share of foreign investors among holders of Russian sovereign Eurobonds slipped to 51.9% as of July 1, its lowest since early 2019, from 54.0% three months earlier, the central bank said on Wednesday.
