Dynamic bond funds are debt mutual funds which invest across durations. These schemes alter the tenor of the securities in the portfolio in line with expectation on interest rates.
Data released by the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) last week showed that liquid funds witnessed net outflows worth ₹74,176 crore in September - the highest for any category within debt oriented schemes.
Around 82% of individual investor assets are held in equity, while majority of institutional assets are in liquid schemes, as revealed by the AMFI’s industry trends data for Sept 2023
