Case Dismissed Against Mother Accused Of Medical Child Abuse A judge dismissed the case against a woman who was accused of medical child abuse. Debra Billingsly was accused of taking her daughter to 72 doctor’s appointments with 21 different doctors before she turned three years old.   Billingsly’s attorney said the number of visits was inflated to make her look guilty and it was all just dirty tricks in a custody battle with the child’s father. The Tulsa County District Attorney’s office said it plans to appeal the decision.
