Henderson NAACP s Jingle Bell Charity Drive this weekend
HENDERSON, Ky. The Henderson Chapter of the NAACP is holding its Jingle Bell Charity Drive this Saturday and Sunday.
Deborah Hoda, president of the local chapter, said the third annual event will benefit residents of Henderson Manor Assisted Living Facility, the Harbor House Christian Center and the Father Bradley Shelter for Women and Children. We are calling all NAACP members and anyone in the community to help bring smiles to someone less fortunate, she said. This has been a trying year for just about everyone, but this is the time of year in which miraculous things happen. So come out and help us put the Happy back into Holidays.
