ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) – Cornell’s hosting a virtual panel discussion on Monday to answer the public’s concerns regarding COVID-19 vaccines.
The panel is inviting professors from Cornell’s Microbiology and Immunology department who are experts in the field. The panelists include Doctors Avery August, Deborah Fowell, Gary Koretzky and Cynthia Leifer.
Attendees are encouraged to ask questions on vaccine-related topics, like how the vaccine was developed or possible long-term side effects. The virtual Zoom event is open to all students, faculty and the Ithaca community.
