KINGSTON, N.Y. â The cityâs Planning Board has set a public hearing on an expanded plan for luxury cabins and other amenities at the Hudson River waterfront.
According to the Planning Board agenda, the public hearing has been set for Monday, Dec. 21, during a regularly scheduled meeting of the board starting at 6 p.m.
The city’s Planning Office says it would like written comments submitted by Friday, Dec. 18, to scahill@kingston-ny.gov. However, in-person comments can be expressed by phone during the virtual session by calling (866) 899-4679, access code: 252470285.

The hearing will focus on plans by Hutton Brickyards owner Karl Slovin and Salt Hotels to, among other things, operate 31 luxury cabins at the 72-acre waterfront site along North Street, as well as a restaurant, spa and other attractions.
