J&J Services began operations in October of 2000 with one portable toilet service truck, 28 portable restrooms & no customers. In the beginning, it was just John Biles, Sr., John Biles, Jr. (J&J), and their wives Debby & Kim who ran the office. J&J began marketing their business to greater Nashville area contractors on the premise of providing outstanding customer service. Outstanding service to J&J is quality, efficiency, dependability, and professionalism. Today, based on great service, the portable restroom business has grown to over 1,400 units and a fleet of 6 service trucks and two delivery vehicles. J&J now has the capability to handle any size construction job, seasonal job, or special event.
