They say they had nothing to do with the tweet. This is coming at an inopportune time. Hes supposed to visit detroit saturday to do his first in the Real Community outreach for africanamericans. Weve heard him trying to sharpen his message towards that voting bloc in the past couple of weeks atrialies. But remember, these rallies are predominantly white. There are view few minority voters who show up to these rallies. This was their attempt to get donald trump out in the mix with africanamerican voters, to talk to them directly in their homes, in their home cities, to find out what their problems are, challenges are, big issues are Going Forward in this campaign. They are trying to do away with this idea that donald trump is a racist, which many people are claiming that he is throughout this campaign. They are trying
thank you. i d like to yield five minutes to mr. hillscamp. thank you, i appreciate the time and the comments and my colleagues. i m from a place that many of us on this committee have and that s working on our state legislatures before we arrived here, and i must note my constituents do ask do you drink different water in washington, d.c.? what happens when you go up there? the discussions we have here is much different than the bipartisan discussion we ve had back in kansas. indeed, if you look across many current folks in the current administration, in president obama s administration, they i think would agree with our comments about flexibility, and regulatory overload, about the need for a medicaid system that s not a one-size-fits-all but is based on what the individual state s needs are. if we look across the budgets, the majority of our states, including my state of kansas, spend more of their budgets on medicaid than they do on k-12 education, and the idea someho
