Organizations purchase greenhouse for Coshocton in Bloom projects

COSHOCTON - Coshocton in Bloom (CIB) has purchased the former Clary Brother’s Greenhouse on Denman Avenue.
The purchase of the two-acre property was made possible by The Coshocton Foundation, The Montgomery Foundation, the Coshocton Rotary Foundation and individual support. The property will be owned and maintained by CIB with plans to remediate the site and build greenhouses to help facilitate the procurement and growing of plant materials. The Coshocton County Auditor s Office reports sale included 20 parcels of land for $60,000.
CIB is initiating a capital campaign to complete the project which will include two 30’x96’ polycarb greenhouses and a support building. This location will be used to grow the thousands of flowers and plants for CIB’s various projects.
