The person that stabbed a young teenager to death. Theyre not convinced he wasnt involved in some way, hes no longer facing charges. This is where 14yearold Rayshawn Williams was stabbed to death public defenders say Police Arrested the wrong person but that teenager is home now investigators are looking into whether he was connected in some way. Its been nearly five months since Rayshawn Williams was stabbed to death in the mission district. Now, the main suspect has been released from a juvenile Detention Center the District Attorney dropped charges against the teenager and former class mate of the victim today.
