California is set to be hit with another storm Thursday night bringing even more rain and snow. It is expected to cause roof collapses, close some major highways and cause some landslides.
Residents of San Bernardino County, where feet upon feet of snow continue to blanket the ground, are distraught at how unprepared local officials were for the snow.
The atypical weather saw several feet of snow dumbed across multiple cities in Southern California, spurring states of emergencies in more than 13 counties.
