TEXARKANA, Texas Charges have been filed against two men arrested in an Oct. 28 fatal shooting that allegedly followed a fist fight during a party near downtown Texarkana.
The man wanted in connection to the shootings at a Texarkana party that left three people dead has surrendered to police. Detectives are currently interviewing 20-year-old Brioskii Warren.
