DAVAO CITY The Department of Public Works and Highways-11 announced on Tuesday, May 28, that the tunnel segment of the Davao City Bypass Construction Project (DCBCP) would be completed by September this year.
THE Davao City Council urged the Department of Public Works and Highways in Davao Region (DPWH-Davao) to properly communicate and coordinate with the local government, and implement corrective measures to address issues on project delays with emphasis on road works that contribute to the severe traffic conditions in the city.
The Department of Public Works of Highways-Davao Region (DPWH-Davao) reported that as of February 29, 2024, there are approximately 31 projects totaling P4.12 billion in Davao City, some of which are suspended due to Road Right-Of-Way (RROW) issues.
