Havre Police Department A cross report of an incident was reported by a another agency Friday at 11:54 a.m. Anthony Thomas Filler of Havre, 31, was issued a summons on a vicious dog charge after a caller at the hospital reported Friday at 5:44 p.m. that a dog had bitten someone. Chelsea Moore of Havre, 25, was arrested on a DUI charge after an 11th Street West caller reported an erratic driver Saturday at 1:34 a.m. A caller at a First Street West establishment reported Saturday at 9:05 a.m. that a vehicle was stolen.
