North Dakota man identified as victim of Wednesday I-94 crash

A 59-year-old man was identified as the victim of a fatal crash that occurred around 8 a.m. Wednesday on Interstate Highway 94 near Albany.
Brian Dean Lemley, of Sibley, North Dakota, was driving semi truck westbound on Interstate 94 when the truck veered off the road and crossed the median, entering the eastbound lanes and striking another semi truck and a passenger vehicle, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
The two passengers in those vehicles suffered non-life threatening injuries. Road conditions were dry and all drivers were wearing their seatbelts.
