More than 100 people and a delegation from the Italian government attended a funeral last week for Indi Gregory, an 8-month-old girl who died after a U.K. court ordered her off life support.
During Friday’s burial of baby Indi Gregory, Bishop Patrick McKinney of Nottingham asked the population to “please continue to keep them in your thoughts, and especially your prayers.”
Indi, from Ilkeston, Derbyshire, died on November 13 after UK High Court judges had ruled that it would not be in her best interests for the toddler to be flown to Italy for specialist treatment .
