Dean Giffen said he’s “feeling very blessed,” after being the first person to receive a shot Wednesday at the new COVID-19 vaccine clinic for people who are homeless.
“I’ve been waiting for this day for a long time,” he told the paramedics with Essex-Windsor EMS, who are administering the shots along with members of the Community Response and Stabilization Team (CRST).
