Join residents of City Heights in celebrating the 25th annual El Dia de Muertos. Featuring 35 altares created by residents, a day filled with cultural entertainment including the Old Globe's theatre project with residents performing. From Azteca dancers to Ballet Folklorico, masked Chinelo dancers and Banda Estrella de San Diego, there is something for everyone. All are invited to create paper masks with San Diego guild of Puppetry, try their hand at drumming and parading with Drummers Without Borders, and join the Fun Zone for bouncy jump houses and more. The outdoor atmosphere is super-charged with the exhibit of twenty colorful, innovative low-rider cars provided by the Dead End Car Club. Stop by, you may be lucky enough to snag a ride!
