Even if you didnât cue up the first track of The Dead Daisiesâ latest album, you would have had a good indication of what side of the musical genre divide the foursome stood.
First of all, in the midst of the original material on their third release âHoly Ground,â the track list offers a hard pounding version of Humble Pieâs â30 Day in The Hole,â from that groupâs album âPerformance Rockinâ the Fillmore.â

All-star rock band The Dead Daisies releases new album, âHoly Groundâ; drummer Deen Castronovo exits group The Dead Daisies , the all-star band known for featuring ex-members of notable rock acts, has just released their fifth studio album, Interestingly, just a day after the record s release, drummer/singer Deen Castronovo formerly of Journey announced he d left the group. His replacement is Tommy Clufetos , who was Black Sabbath s touring drummer from 2012 through 2017, and who s also played with Ted Nugent , Alice Cooper , Rob Zombie and others.
