she lost so much of her upper and lower jaw, and much of the skin and so much of the functional parts of the head and neck that we take for granted. how challenging was the su e surgery? well, the surgery itself i would say it is relatively challenging, however, the challenge really was the coordination of everybody together and that included not only the many months over the year for the preparation of the surgery which made the surgery less challenge, but also the days just right before the actual surgery where we had to coordinate even other donor the tissues going from the same donor to katie to other patients, and ultimately in the operating room itself with a de dedicated and well coordinated team and having done another face transplant, and it was challenging no doubt, but it is still within our skillset, and i think that it went as a result quite well. i mean, you are very humble,
