Pre-selling of 2,251 new rooms set this year, with P11-B expected sales
DOUBLEDRAGON Properties Corp. will begin preselling for three new Hotel 101 hotel projects this year, which will add 2,251 new rooms to the company’s hotel portfolio.
In a statement disclosed to the exchange on Wednesday, DoubleDragon Properties said it will be launching Hotel 101-Cebu, Hotel 101 Resort-Boracay, and Hotel 101-Libis in the next three quarters.
“The completion of these new Hotel 101 projects will be perfectly timed with the full recovery and anticipated rebound in the tourism industry in the Philippines,” Hannah Yulo-Luccini, chief investment officer at DoubleDragon Properties, said.

DOUBLEDRAGON PROPERTIES Corp. has secured the corporate regulator’s approval to bring public its real estate investment trust (REIT) that aims to raise nearly P15 billion.
In a statement, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) said the Commission en banc “considered favorably” the P14.71-billion initial public offering (IPO) of DDMP REIT, Inc. The shares will be listed on the main board of the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), pending compliance with the bourse’s requirements.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved the P14.71 billion initial public offering (IPO) of DoubleDragon Properties Corporation’s real estate investment trust (REIT).
The SEC En Banc resolved to render effective the registration statement of DDMP REIT, Inc. for 17.83 billion common shares for listing on the Main Board of the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), subject to the company’s compliance with the remaining requirements.
Of the total issued and outstanding shares, DDMP will offer to the public up to 5.94 billion common shares currently owned by DoubleDragon, Benedict V. Yujuico and Teresita M. Yujuico.
The selling shareholders have also set aside 594.25 million more shares as an overallotment option.
