The Columbia County Rural Library District’s Board of Trustees unanimously selected Dayton’s Ellen Brigham to run the Dayton Memorial Library for the next two years.
Dale Walling’s five-year term starts Monday, April 1. The seat held by Karin Spann, who served on the board for about eight years, was up for reappointment.
