NORFOLK, Va. A woman accused of shooting and killing a man in the Berkley section of Norfolk over the weekend has been arrested.
Police were sent to the 200 block of Poplar Avenue around 8 p.m. Sunday, May 2 after learning someone had been shot. They arrived to find a man, 21-year-old Daymeion Carmon-Faison, of Norfolk, suffering from a severe injury.
Carmon-Faison was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
On May 6, police arrested 28-year-old Shavyonne Vick on charges of second-degree murder, two counts of attempted malicious wounding, and three counts of use of a firearm.
