 A third Daybreak Market is identified for the market. St. Johns County is reviewing plans for a 4,800-square-foot convenience store and fueling canopy on 2 acres at 30 Beachwalk Drive within the New Twin Creeks Planned Unit Development in Saint Johns.  Beachwalk Retail Center LLC, comprising PEBB Enterprises and Falcone Group, is the property owner.  Two Daybreak Markets, a new gas station and convenience store brand in the area, are in Jacksonville permitting or plan review in Mandarin and in the Southwest part of the city.  The 4,800-square-foot Mandarin location, with an adjacent 2,300-square-foot drive-thru restaurant, would replace a closed Golden Corral restaurant on 3.13 acres at 11470 San Jose Blvd.

Two Daybreak Markets, a new brand in the area, are moving ahead in permitting. In Mandarin, the city is reviewing permits for the Daybreak Market convenience store and 76 gas station, with a separate automated car wash and an attached drive-thru restaurant that will be leased to a tenant. The store and restaurant will replace a closed Golden Corral restaurant on 3.13 acres at 11470 San Jose Blvd.  Plans show indoor and outdoor seating in the convenience store. No construction cost is shown.  In Southwest Jacksonville, the city is reviewing civil engineering plans for a Daybreak Market convenience store and fueling station at 7589 Plantation Bay Drive.
