PARKERSBURG The Junior League of Parkersburg is taking on a mini project for the Hope Recovery Manor.
Hope Recovery Manor was founded by the Junior League to assist in the rehabilitation of women with addiction problems.
The Junior League’s Done in a Day Project Committee is asking the public for donations of coloring books, markers and crayons, puzzles, DVD movies, books or other small projects including crafts and art supplies.
“The women are making major life transitions and need new ways to learn to relax and fill time in a constructive manner,” Jane Burdette, Done in a Day chairman, said.
