The chief operating officer (COO) of Germany s Wintershall Dea, Dawn Summers, has been selected as president of GasNaturally, which comprises eight associations representing the European gas industry.
Summers succeeds Marco Alvera, CEO of Italian gas infrastructure company Snam. She has served as Wintershall Dea s COO since June and is responsible for Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, with some 25 years of international experience in the oil and gas sector, including at BP, Genel Energy, Origin Energy and Beach Energy.
