Tukwila apartment complex catches fire for third time KIRO 7 News Staff
Fire crews are at the scene of an empty building at a Tukwila apartment complex Thursday morning, where a fire erupted for a third time.
The same building at the Foster Creek Apartments in the 15100 block of Macadam Road South, burned twice last summer, Dawn Judkins, Deputy Chief of Mountain View Fire and Rescue said.
The building, which is boarded up, is under construction. Officials said no electricity is connected there.
Earlier, a massive plume of gray smoke could be seen from I-90.
Fire crews fought the fire defensively from the outside and say the flames are now under control.
