Border Guard Force (BGF) Lieutenant Win Soe, and his wife, Daw Zin Mar Myo were shot dead on the morning of August 24, according to local residents. The incident occurred near the Tarbaung bridge between Kawthtin village and Boyargyi village. The couple were shot with a 40mm firearm while they were returning from shopping in their car at around 9:00 am. Lieutenant Win Soe was
