STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. Staten Islanders with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) joined the ever-growing list of New Yorkers who are eligible for the coronavirus vaccine on Feb. 15, and a number of service agencies are helping with navigation of the tricky appointment scheduling system in some cases, providing the shot right on their own campuses.
