As an educator for the last 15 years, and a doctor of education, I fully understand what students, schools, and teachers need to be successful. Moreover, being in the classroom daily, I understand all students learn differently. There is no one-size-fits-all form of instruction. To address the needs of all learners, it is imperative the Danvers School System revisits the Strategic Plan. An initiative from the plan that I’d like to share my knowledge on is student engagement.

A little over a year later he found himself leading the Commonwealth through the global Covid-19 pandemic. His skillful management of all aspects of the disease placed Massachusetts at the forefront of fighting the spread of Covid in the United States.
