WATERFORD - Louise C. (McArdle) Clemens, age 91, died peacefully Oct. 6, 2023.
She was born in Holyoke, Mass., to the late John Francis McArdle and Katherine Winters. Louise was married for 47 years to the late Bernard J. (Bud) Clemens.
