Alabama Governor Kay Ivey signed legislation on Monday that will legalize medical marijuana in the state, according to the Associated Press. The bill will allow people with certain medical conditions such as cancer, a terminal illness or depression to get medical marijuana with a doctor’s recommendation. Wyoming is now one of only five states where marijuana remains fully criminalized. The other four states where both recreational and medical marijuana remain illegal and marijuana possession has not been decriminalized include Idaho, South Carolina, Kansas and Tennessee.
