River Road closed due to mobile home fire in St. Clair

Rescue crews from several fire departments were called to a structure fire at the corner of River Road and Hathaway Street in St. Clair shortly before 11:25 a.m. Thursday.
Heavy flames were showing throughout the mobile home upon arrival, St. Clair Fire Chief David Westrick said.
He said a resident was inside at the time of the fire but was able to escape without injury.
Westrick said there was damage throughout the home and the cause is under investigation.
There was also minor exterior damage to siding at the homes on either side of the affected home, Westrick said.

Ryan Brosterhous – Mr. Brosterhous has been with the Klamath Falls Police Department for 25 years. He currently serves as the Patrol and Operations Division Captain and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Southern Oregon State College.
