The Dr. David Wain Coon Center for Student Success is the last and most expansive project financed by the $265 million Measure B bond issue approved by Marin voters in June 2016.
The advisory council was formed after a review of campus police services was completed by a special task force established by COM President David Wain Coon.
David Wain Coon’s strong leadership and community focus were important for College of Marin as it won voter support for a second capital bond measure to repair and modernize the campuses.
