St. Mary’s Church in Windthorst celebrates 129th birthday

St. Mary’s Church in Windthorst will be celebrating its 129th birthday with a weekend event June 4-6.
Frist will be a Kick Ball Tournament beginning at 5 p.m. Friday, June 4 on the Windthorst baseball and football practice fields.
Saturday, June 5, will include a golf tournament at the Archer City Country Club. To pre-register for the golf event please call David Veitenheimer at 940-237-2204.
On Sunday, June 6, activities include the Dairy Derby 5K Run/ Health Walk at 8 a.m., followed by a children’s race for kids ages 1-12 at noon. Both events are at the Windthorst Football field.
