Salaried position to hourly positions. What we have seen is an executive branch that issues orders they say they dont have the authority to issue but do it anyway. We see a department of justice that decides which laws they want to enforce and which hay dont. We see a Supreme Court that changes laws rather than sending them back to congress to be changed. And of course we see agencies that carry the rule of law.
